To Configure and set up the FlashSpec plugin on Winamp do a right-click on the winamp window:
The choose the menu item "Select plg-in..." to bring up the following screen:
Make sure the FlashSpec plugin is selected and hit the start button. Also make sure that you configure the settings that you want, by clicking on the Configure button. That will bring up the screens you see under the Features topic.
