Sample Flash files demonstrating the use of FlashSpec
The data that is generated using FlashSpec can be used in a range of applications. From generating correct spectrum or VU displays for mp3 players to lip synching or changing animations according to sound clips. These samples here just provide the technical details of how to go about using the data that is generated. The samples are provided in two versions, one where all the data, including audio file and spectrum data is compiled into the flash movie, and one where the data and audio file are loaded dynamically. Full source code can be downloaded of all samples.
